WMS Express - Warehouse Management System

This is a tool developed to complement Microsoft Dynamics CRM Order entry process. It makes order entry faster, simpler and also allows the user to enter multiple products in the same screen.
The use of this tool brings the following benefits to its users:

  1. Allows to add more than one product simultaneously expediting the process
  2. Lets the user review inventory availability and previous sales prices (previous sales can be filtered by product or customer; which allows the user to see prices of the customer making the order or other customers) in the same screen.
  3. Allows to find a product by: item number, description, quantities and other criteria avoiding extra research of products when they are not given the exact item number.
  4. Allows to add products to both: sales orders and sales quotes.
  5. If there is integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP, the tool can be used to enter orders that would be reflected in Dynamics GP as well.

The process is done in the following way: 

  • Access from Dynamics CRM
  • Start the search for products and consult item stock in one screen
  • Review previous sale pricing history while adding an ite
  • All products are seamlessly added to the sales document
